Welcome to my recipe book. These are my favorite recipes.

They are a collection of recipes that enable me to do a day of cooking, or even just a few hours, on my weekend, and have several servings for easy defrost and heating during the week.

I love having time to cook on the weekend, without any time pressure. I really enjoy the preparation, and cooking experience, and the tasty outcome.

I love being able to heat up those meals, on the week nights, after a long day of working, and sometimes a hard day, and not have to rush hashing something together. Who wants to cook after a hard day at work?!

Having said that: There are also easy to prepare meals, that i can do in that hour after work finishes, between 5-6pm, and still have a nutritious meal for dinner. Because sometimes, I don’t want to cook on my weekends 🙂

The idea come up, because i am always flicking through cooking books, or magazine lift outs, that have a few, or only one, good recipes, and the rest, I would never bother with. Bec’s recipes is a place i can collate and organise my recipes, and method of repeatedly creating those yummy meals. Hopefully!

Each meal is an adventure, and i truly enjoy the journey!
