Ingredients:
Steak 1.5cm thick
whatever cut you like!
Cook It!
Steak must be at room temperature before you prep it for cooking
salt and pepper
Heat of stove is Med – Hight – ( 9 o’clock)
Well done 8 mins first side – 6 mins second side
medium done 6 mins first side – 6 mins second side
Time to flip it when you see juices sitting on the top of the steak
Take steaks off and place on plate with absorbent paper. Cover with Alum foil.
