Hummus

Ingredients
420g can chickpeas – rinsed and drained
2tbs tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
To serve: Pita/flat/turkish bread, toasted

Cook It!
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend on ‘HIGH’ for 40 secs.
3. Transfer mixed ingrediants to a glass bowl and refreigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
