Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 500g Lamb Rump Steaks
Cook It!
- Mix honey, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper in a measuring jug until well combined.
- Place lamb steaks into a plastic sealable bag.
- Pour in the marinade.
- Refrigerate for 1hr, turning the bag over at 30 mins.
- Bring lamb back to room temperature before cooking.
- Grill, fry, bbq the Steaks to your liking.
